Conical grinder and conical disintegrator are commonly used powder material processing equipment, their working principle is through the high speed rotation of the conical rotor to process the material, but their main difference is that their application scenarios and processing purposes are different.

In the process of disintegration, the materials are divided into different particle size classes through the high-speed rotation of the conical rotor, which generates the effect of centrifugal force and gravity, and are collected through the outlet.
Therefore, the main difference between conical grinder and conical disintegrator lies in their different application scenarios and processing purposes. Grinder is mainly used for pulverizing and mixing various powder materials, while disintegrator is mainly used for classifying and screening materials.
